Our Work
Welcome to Equality 4 Black Nurses (E4BN)
Founded by a Nurse who experienced systemic racism firsthand.
Equality 4 Black Nurses (E4BN) was born out of a fight for justice against the Metropolitan Police, the judiciary system and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Our founder's lived experience and unwavering determination to clear her name inspired the creation of E4BN, a beacon of hope and change for Black Nurses facing similar challenges.

Our Mission
At Equality 4 Black Nurses, our mission is to foster collective actions and drive collective differences while respecting and honouring each individual's unique background. We are committed to standing up and speaking out for Black nurses who are subjected to unfounded allegations, racial bullying and systemic discrimination. We aim to be the voice for the unheard, advocating for justice and equity within the healthcare system.

In Africa there is a concept known as 'ubuntu' the profound sense that we are human only through the humanity of others; that if we are to accomplish anything in this world it will in equal measure be due to the work and achievement of others
